Errrr......Selboy! excuse me!! but i put about link exchange and promting websites! i always join in and look at sites!! I just dont have the time to spend looking at hundereds of sites....and given im not the best on SEO! so cant really give information on that! but i will always help others if i can and try and pick up any infromation i can.

I dont click the signature as most people put "check out my site http://WWW.EXAMPLE........." (please note no link was added so i am not spamming)

I am mearly giving my opion on the matter! I am saying that if u want to link to your site or maybe a utube vid on seo....u do need to link....all forums get spammers.....its what happens and it is really good that you are trying to stamp it out....but i was saying why do us "good guys" loose out? that was all......

I do join in....and my post that was removed was explaining why we hadnt been around as we had been sooooo busy! yeah fair enough too many links....but i wasnt aware of it!

Maybe a warning when people are posting! “no more than one external link is permitted. Failure to compy will result in your post being modified or completely removed. Repeat offends will be banned!!”
