If you are connected and you post something on your page or wall, this is also crossposted to the other networks and extra via Ourclass Twitterfeed and RSS via OpenID and Social Stream which I have integrated in my website.

To make this service also mobile available there is an Android and Iphone application so that if you have news or want to post something on your wall or upload, this is getting crossposted too.
