PM (Personal Message) System

I have re-activated the PM ( Personal Message ) System in the forum, you are also now allowed to view other members profiles.
This was de-activated a few ago due to members sending out SPAM via the PM System.
If any members are reported regarding SPAM messages they will be banned from the Forum.
If we use the PM System in the correct way it will stay active, but if it gets abused i will have to de-activate it again .
