I've just joined Selboy, this is my first post.

Just dropping by to say hi to all the fellow Selboy posters, and I hope to meet some really great people on here.

My main interests is my website http://caribbeanrecipekits.com which provides fresh hand picked ingredients, to create a range of tasty traditional Caribbean dishes such as Curry goat, Ackee & saltfish, fried dumplings plus many more.

I also have a blog which features lots of helpful Caribbean cooking tips, recipes, cooking videos and pictures.
