Facebook 'site'

Facebook 'site'

I have a Facebook 'like' button on my main website's homepage (not the one in the footer), but I'd like to be able to send people who click it to a specialised Facebook group. Rather like big companies do. But they all have obvious Facebook links, like faceb00k.c0m/t0bycarvery for instance. But all I ever seem to get is a rubbish link with numbers in it. What am I doing wrong?

Kind Regards

I just set up a group. But whereas the big companies get decently named groups, mine is a rubbishly long weird unreliable link! Huh

RE: Facebook 'site'
I used to have a page on Facebook. I think 25 fans were required before Facebook would allow a custom link.

Ah - you may be onto something there. I will have to read up on that. Thanks!

RE: Facebook 'site'
Facebook is really one of the best social networking site today in the net. I'm not sure but I know that it is the 2nd or the 3rd site that is most visited by internet users. So it is not a surprise that Facebook is very useful in marketing.
