Apple Ipad Launch on eBay UK

Apple has officially launched the iPad in some European countries. Due to the expected demand for this highly anticipated device, eBay will be limiting the amount of iPads unauthorised Apple resellers can list in a 7 day period. The quantity of iPads a member can list depends on their history on the site. In addition to the limit on the number of iPads a member can list, the member will be blocked if they attempt to list in a category other than the specific tablet category- Computer Networking > Tablets.

Authorised Apple resellers will be allowed to list an unlimited number of items per week
eBay Top-rated sellers will be allowed to list up to 8 items per week.
Sellers with a history of selling in the Computing category will be allowed to list up to 8 items per week.
